What Is Blue Bell Breakfast?
The breakfast tray comprises blue pea flower latte, small batch granola specially blended by us that go perfectly with Greek yoghurt, and fresh blueberries and lemon curd muffin crowned with crumbles, all for $15.

Also known as blue bell, the butterfly pea flowers are the main source of the original blue colouring in the aptly named blue bell latte. Combined with organic coconut milk for a distinct richness in taste, the lactose-free milk also helps the body fight infections.
